Payment Terms

• All payments through this website are in Great British Pounds (GBP £)
• Payment is taken over a secure connection and cannot be viewed by anyone else on the web.
• We accept all major credit cards – Master Card, Visa, Visa Delta, AMEX, Switch and Solo
  
• It is a condition of sale that legal ownership of all goods does not pass from ‘Creative Ten’, until payment has been received in full
  
• Once your order is received and payment has been accepted, we will send you confirmation email, which will contain a unique order number, if you don’t receive this e-mail within 12 hours of placing your order please contact us on 07929 302133 or by email info@creativeten.co.uk, and we will confirm your transaction.
  
• Creative Ten do not store any credit card information and all credit card payments are handled by protx and streamline

VAT and Postage

• Creative Ten does not charge VAT at this time therefore the price shown will be the price you pay for products.
  
• Postage is charged at the checkout, this charge is £2.50 unless your order is over £25 then postage is free.
  
• Creative Ten post orders to UK mainland only.

Delivery

• Orders are sent using Royal Mail or courier and will usually have to be signed for.
  
• All orders are sent out within 24 hours of being placed, if you have not received your order within 3 days please call 07929 302 133 or email info@creativeten.co.uk

Availability

• Goods are subject to availability and are sent out on a first come first served basis.
  
• Updating of the website stock levels will be kept as accurate as possible.
  
• Any item, which is out of stock will need to be ordered separately at a later date.

Cancellations

• Cancellation of your order must be notified by telephone on 07929 302 133.
  
• If you decide to cancel your order before it has been despatched a fee of 5% will be deducted from your refund to cover the cost of administration and Credit Card processing fees.

Returns

• You must contact Creative Ten via telephone or email within 5 working days of receiving your order, of a return of goods.
  
• Creative Ten will only accept products returned in perfect condition. We will not accept goods that have been used, opened and packages that seem to have been deliberately damaged or tampered with in any way.
  
• After notifying Creative Ten of the return, all goods must be returned within 14 days of the notice. You are responsible for the safe return of the cancelled product(s) and any postage charges that are incurred.
  
• The refund does not include any postage charges, as these are non-refundable.
  
• Refunds will be made within 7 days of the returned product(s) being received.

Faulty or Damaged Goods

• In the unlikely event of your goods being faulty we will offer to replace these goods at no extra charge, or we will offer a full refund. The faulty goods must be returned, to enable us to claim off our supplier or couriers.
  
• Faulty goods must be reported to Creative Ten within 7 working days. If we are not informed within this period a refund will not be given.
  

Newsletter Subscription

• Creative Ten will not contact you unless you have subscribed to the newsletter.
• Unsubscribing to the newsletter requires an email stating you no longer wish to receive the newsletter.
• A single email will be sent to you on confirmation of your order.
